自动前帮结帮机

Automatic Toe Lasting Machine
本机适用于男女鞋型前帮结帮。
Used to bond toe puff of men’s and women’s shoes.
1.机器操作使用油压操作系統。
2.各组左右爪子（九爪）可以设定自动下拉行程或手动操作升降，让鞋面的张力平衡，以修正结帮最佳位置.
3.內撐台上升高度，由撑台外部调整,高度数值同時显示于数显器上。
4.鞋头压著机构采用可凋二段式压力，使鞋子于结帮过程中及最后之压著能达到最佳之效果，压头的一次压并可视鞋面材质不同，可选用定压及定位之两种压著方式，使结帮更顺暢。
5.中爪可依鞋头形狀作左右各15°之偏调整，适合特殊鞋型爪盤的排列。
6.第五爪具向內旋转功能，旋转角度可視需求调整，使鞋面于結帮时更贴楦。
7.本机附有十字投影灯裝置，方便鞋头校正与定位
