“RHH低烟无卤阻燃电缆UL44”详细介绍
美标UL认证低烟无卤阻燃电缆。低烟无卤类电缆是由特定的不含氯、氟等卤化物的聚烯烃阻燃材料制成。具有良好的阻燃及耐火性能,如果发生火灾,电缆本身不支持燃烧,能防止火灾蔓延。及时被点燃,也不会释放出含卤素的有毒气体,是比普通的PVC电缆更安全可靠、更环保的传输电能及测量用电缆。呗广泛应用于高层建筑、地铁、核电站、及大型公共场所。
TYPE RHH/RHW/RHW-2
Scope
This specification covers type RHH/RHW/RHW-2 cable with soft annealed copper solid or stranded conductor; heat and moisture resistant XLPE insulation, conforming to Standard 44 of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. UL file No. E202443.
Application
Type RHH/RHW/RHW-2 is suitable for various commercial and industrial applications. These cables may be installed in wet or dry locations, indoors or outdoors, in raceways, underground ducts. RHH is rated at a conductor temperature of 90℃ dry, RHW is rated at a conductor temperature of 75℃ wet or dry, RHW-2 is rated at a conductor temperature of 90℃ wet or dry. They are permitted for 600V or 2000V application.
Construction
Conductors: Soft annealed copper, bare or tinned.
Sizes 14AWG-2000kcmil: Solid or stranded.
Insulation: XLPE. Thickness: per UL44.
A Polyester film as a separator between the conductor and the insulation is optional.
Information on the cable: AWG or kcmil size, type letters, rated voltage, the name of the manufacturer, UL file number, characteristic, manufacture date, FEET.
